My approach to education has been profoundly shaped by personal experiences and the dedicated educators who invested in me. From a young age, the desire to teach was clear, and working as a paraprofessional at nineteen revealed that education extends far beyond academics. The most impactful educators understood that relationships come first; students need to feel safe, valued, and loved before meaningful learning can truly begin.
